- House/Flat purchases and sales from £450 plus VAT plus outlays
- The administration of deceased persons can sometimes be carried out for a capped/fixed fee, depending on the size and complexity of the estate. A capped or fixed percentage fee arrangement for winding up an estate will typically be in the region of 1.75% to 4% of the gross value of the estate plus VAT, depending again on the size and complexity of the estate. This method of charging can offer considerable savings in terms of administration costs, compared to the conventional method of charging.
